unfortunately that's all the time we have left. we'll be back tomorrow night. set your dvr so you never miss an episode. we're always independent. we'll never be the media mob. let not your heart be troubled, laura ingraham is next. see you tomorrow. laura: for the fourth night, protesters and some criminals in minnesota looking for excuses to riot, caused trouble and for a second straight night the mayor decided not to enforce any curfew until 10:00 pm central because we know nothing happens before then. that is 11:00 eastern so we will monitor the situation on the ground throughout the hour and bring live reports and elements as they occur. you are hearing but banking, we

will see them play out and we have reporters on the scene as well. but first on a related note we will get to something we want to hit last night but we are overwhelmed by the story on the ground in minnesota this is related, ghost stories, that is the focus of tonight's angle. i'm sure you've noticed when media outlets devote hours and hours of nonstop coverage to certain stories but drop others that are equally if not more important it happens all the time so when a police officer mistakenly shoots a black man it resisted arrest a traffic stop is treated as part of a nationwide epidemic but an actual national trend of brutal acts of violence being committed against minorities in urban america rarely rises above local broadcast so if we should know.a right's name should we do not know the name of 75-year-old
12:02 am
immigrant non-do the target was brutally murdered in chicago? he was step numerous times 3 weeks ago allegedly by this man, cash johnson. why haven't we heard the name of deangelis to foia, 22 years of age, or david blair, they were sentenced the guns down for standing at a bus stop. they were charged in the murder of elias chavez, both of them were charged. these killings are part of the continuum of violence that doesn't fit the left's narrative that all violence is rooted in racism. that is what they want you to think. just come out of a year-long coma to watch the news today you would think american law enforcement officers wake up every single morning with the goal of harassing and abusing as many minorities as possible. you wouldn't know much at all about how much officers have
12:03 am
been targeted and even ambushed since the death of george ford. i bet you don't know the name of martin mitchell, a corporal with the tulane police department who was shot and killed allegedly by this man while providing security for a high school basketball game. and mitchell was trying to stop a fight, it cost him his life. within hours of dollars a right's death we learned the name of the officer who mistakenly shot him. we also know she is a 26 year veteran of the brooklyn center police force and former union president yet somehow we still don't know the identity of the officer who intentionally shot ashley babbitt at the us capitol january 6th. she was unarmed, she was a military vet. as in other killings at the hands of law enforcement that get wall-to-wall coverage there was dramatic video.
12:04 am
but do american journalists hell-bent on advancing one narrative, her life didn't matter, not to the media and not to the biden doj. they just announced that no charges will be filed against the unnamed officer who shot and killed babbitt. meanwhile kim potter is being charged with second-degree manslaughter for accidentally shooting daunte wright, a tragic mistake, not only is she facing jail time, she was forced to resign from the police force. then after 2 nights of destructive riots the brooklyn center police chief also resigned. on top of the city manager was fired for stating kim potter has to process rights if you can believe that one. despite all this the usual
12:05 am
suspects are using this opportunity to ferment more anger, more animosity and violence. chief among them is attorney van crump who says about the manslaughter charge this is no accident, this was intentional, deliberate and unlawful use of force driving while black continues to result in a death sentence, he said. of course the sharpest media legal minds were on hand to do their part to encourage unrest like cnn's chris cuomo who tweeted second-degree, probably lowest homicide charge available. is this accountability? accountability, how about holding the media accountable for fueling the riots, feeling the unrest by viciously smearing law enforcement and systemically racist. >> policing in this country is rooted deeply in racist presuppositions about the criminality of black and brown

folks. >> the policing methodology we have in this country right now is both dumb and dangerous and discriminatory. >> we need to abolish as it currently exists. >> this is what propaganda looks like. it is how the soviet union brainwashed and controlled multiple generations but this time instead of being good little leninist the media are trying to create an entire generation of americans who hate their own country and went to tear down evil and racist institutions. the reason they are doing it is simple, nancy pelosi and chuck schumer made a cynical calculation. they decided democrats need the specter of racism in order to win elections. they need to convince finally founders that america is with bigots in the system is rigged
12:07 am
against them, life in 2021 is the same as 1965, selma, alabama, no progress whatsoever. 9 months ago we warned you against buying into biden's false promise because he could bring calm and healing to the nation if he were elected after the summer of riots. >> his election will not lead to more calm but it is going to lead to unrest electing him will not satisfy the violent radicals. it will only embolden them. my message to suburban women and older voters biden is not going to deliver the calm you think he might. this is what a biden presidency will bring, it is not going to calm down. as minnesota how calm things are now that biden is in the white house or portland for that matter. the fact is the candidate that benefited from the george ford riots was never going to bring tranquility to the nation.
12:08 am
he is helping to fuel it. since getting elected biden has only embraced this anti-american rhetoric it has continued to embolden the radical left violence. >> parts of our country are backsliding to the days of jim crow, passing laws that harken back to the era of poll taxes when black people were made to guess how many jellybeans in a jar or count the number of bubbles in a bar of soap before they could cast their ballot. >> cynical, dangerous, that is what that strategy is and continue to spare riots, looting and bloodshed and animosity between the races. it will lead to more good offices leaving the force, who would be a police officer in this case? no one. it will hurt the very communities that need safety the most. i don't believe this is what any racial group in america wants.
12:09 am
most of us do not believe america is systemically racist. people are afraid to say so but most people don't believe that but racists do exist and ironically the most influential today among are in academia and hollywood raking in millions by making sweeping generalizations about people based on skin color alone. travel around the country and you will see most americans want to live in harmony and determine their own destiny. maybe their kids can get a decent education but we know that is not what the media is looking for, not what they want because it is not what the left wants. they want chaos so they can bring about the ultimate reordering of every aspect of american society. what does that mean? less freedom and prosperity for you and more for them and that

is the angle. joining me is former deputy assistant director of the fbi counterterrorism division and colonel allen west, former congressman and texas gop chair. we both predicted this almost a year ago, no end to the unrest and violence as long as democrats and the media keep pushing the poisonous narrative. thoughts tonight. >> absolutely and that is what is happening. all the ghost stories, all the stories and examples you gave about the narrative they don't approve of have one thing in and, that is the focus on the idea that america is a terrible place, the american founding papers are racist in their own nature and the police are the culprit here in this comes down to the first or second revolution we experienced in the 60s in 70s. we talked extensively last year, one of the major themes of that was the police are systemically racist institution that have to be done away with and now we are right back to the third
12:11 am
objective of that revolution 60 years later and the democratic party is the difference today. the democratic party the wildcard because back in the 60s in 70s the democrats and republicans agreed we are not going to let people cause us to be divided and hate each other and destroy our constitution, the democratic party today is absolutely penetrated by marxist ideology and a lot of examples that i will stop at that and say over and over again when you hear statements from congressman and senators in the democratic party they are totally in sync with the weather underground which identified itself as communist and outlined the strategy to be used for future revolution. that is what we are here today only from the inside, this is the insider threat.
12:12 am
shannon: this is the marxist playbook, we warned the country this was coming and we are seeing it play out in the streets tonight. there's been an interesting shift, according to this recent poll june of last year trust in law enforcement has increased 13 points while trust in black lives matter has fallen. are you hopeful the american people are seeing these scenes play out? they don't want this in their neighborhoods? >> it is good to be people with you, this past saturday the thin blue line ball and gala that had a memorial service looking at all of these officers who lost their lives and when you look at black lives matter this is a marxist ideological movement and the question you have to ask is which black lives matter. we've forgotten about a black police officer, 77 years of age who was killed by another black individual in st. louis, we remember the videotape of him bleeding out and dying. in houston, texas, 65-year-old sergeant preston who was shot
12:13 am
and killed by an illegal immigrant. i didn't hear black lives matter say anything about that. we see a marxist organization that has replaced class warfare with racial warfare, racial divisiveness in order to further their ideological agenda but really and truly they only care about those lives that advanced a leftist ideological agenda for tries to get people to believe our law enforcement officers are out there targeting minorities which is not the case so i think it is important the american people start realizing these groups, these organizations are very subversive, they are domestic terrorist organizations. look what is going on with the head of black lives matter, $90 million, shaking corporations down for and she has three multimillion dollar properties. laura: we knew money would bleed

man at the hands of law enforcement. >> absolutely. last year when this was happening the black lives matter leader in chicago said this is all right because this is an advance on our race. all that has been done to us. it is another piece proof. it is not about marxism and their narrative, respecting the police, definitely about ending the independence of american police and ending the independence of american police, one step away from making america a country of t rennie because that sets us apart, the full of law, the police known no colors and that is in jeopardy tonight and we will see these crowds be used to have legislation addressing these terrible wrongs. shannon: they want to nationalize the police force. young black men today are being
12:16 am
told over and over by a dominant corporate media is that if you are pulled over by the police they are going to shoot you. are they not being told, sending that message to young black men that you will be shot if you are pulled over? run, leave, speed away, that is when you have problems, you had with george floyd who resisted arrest, tragic circumstances, it is horrific but they are running away but they are being told they will be shot no matter what. >> that is very much correct, part of a marxist propaganda the left is using. i grew up in a neighborhood that produced doctor martin luther king jr. and never had a problem
12:17 am
with any police officer. when my brother got back from vietnam the first thing he wanted to do was become a police officer and i'm proud of him. that is what we need to get back to, having that trust and confidence and not having the media try to undermine our police officers who put their lives on the line each and every day for us. >> police of all background, ethnicities and colors trying to do their best, they are not perfect but my goodness, it is heartbreaking and infuriating for minnesota tonight, gentlemen, thank you, more updates on the ground from minnesota, protesters of started to chant after your curfew at the cops, and what is behind the announcement that democrats are going to seek to pack the supreme court later in the hour.
